The HDPE coating on SoloShot™ Burst dramatically decreases corrosion in all soil conditions! Protecting the enclosed wire from the surrounding soil environment results in greater tracer wire life vs. unprotected stranded stainless steel wire!

The HDPE coating also helps protect the enclosed tracer wire from pipe fragments and sharp rocks, which means higher impact strength and increased success of much needed signal for future locate.
